With wellbeing at the top of the agenda, but 1 in 4 employees experiencing menopausal symptoms not receiving the support they need from their manager, it's time to start talking about the menopause.

Our virtual training course is designed to support organisations in creating an age and gender inclusive workplace.

The session provides training for employees and managers to increase awareness on the symptoms of the menopause and identify how an employee’s menopausal symptoms may impact on their attendance or ability to undertake their job role.

Participants will gain the skills they need to ensure that staff wellbeing is at the heart of their workplace culture. From learning about the self-help measures which employees can take, to understanding the adjustments that employers are legally required to make in order to facilitate a better working environment for staff experiencing symptoms.

A recent survey showed almost 1 in 3 women
had taken sick leave due to menopausal symptoms.

Only a quarter felt able to tell their manager
the true reason for their absence.
