The Painsley Catholic Academy HR Services and Payroll DPS has been specifically designed to help schools get the right HR and Payroll contracts based on their in-house skills, resource and capabilities. What is a DPS?

A DPS is a framework with the added flexibility of being able to add suppliers at any time, meaning that existing suppliers can be included in a school’s procurement activity. The DPS is split into regional areas, meaning that only suppliers in the relevant area will respond to opportunities. The agreement is fully compliant with the Public Contracts Regulations 2105; removing the need for schools to carry out the lengthy full tender process.
