Our email addresses will soon be changing!

Why is our email changing?

In July 2018, Kent County Council (KCC) formed Cantium Business Solutions, a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo), allowing KCC to take its offerings to new market sectors. To ensure the transition was as smooth as possible for our loyal customer base, we continued to use our “@kent.gov.uk” email addresses.

However, we will soon be implementing a new domain for our company emails. The new email domain will be “@cantium.solutions” and will replace the current domain of “@kent.gov.uk“. For example: joe.bloggs@kent.gov.uk will be replaced with joe.bloggs@cantium.solutions.

Our new email address is the same as our website URL www.cantium.solutions – so it will be simpler and easier to remember.

What do you need to do?

We will update you in the coming weeks as to when the domain changes go live. Once the new email addresses are activated, please update your records with our new email address and add us to your address book.

Please also add the following email addresses to your address book in order to get in contact with us:

We’ll be updating the contact details on our website and other materials in due course, but for a short period of time, the old email address will auto-forward to the new address. However, please ensure you have the correct email addresses to make sure you’re still able to reach us.
