Following the introduction of the new Cantium Website and with a focus on providing our customers with important information as efficiently as possible, the information from our EIS website (the Cantium sub brand which delivers ICT services to Education customers within Kent) has been migrated to a dedicated page on the Cantium website.
All the information previously held on the EIS website, such as ICT service information, SLAs and Privacy Policies can be accessed via the Cantium website, along with a link to the ServiceNow Portal.
Are your team set up on ServiceNow?
ServiceNow is the dedicated IT portal for Cantium IT customers. By ensuring your team are all set up on ServiceNow, they’ll have access to our ICT Service Desk where they can quickly raise any issues or incidents around their Cantium products/devices, follow up on any existing tickets, and get advice/guidance for supported ICT queries. They will also have access to relevant news and guidance via our KnowledgeBase articles and find out about available training and upcoming events.
