Tradefair manages an extensive programme of overseas exhibitions in partnership with the Department for International Trade (DIT) and techUK. Tradefair’s Managing Director, Mark, contacted Cantium as he was looking for a local IT provider that was able to deliver fully managed IT services for small businesses, as well as develop a bespoke IT strategy and roadmap. Coming into work early every day to get his staff’s computers ready, moving access points and completing server maintenance became routine tasks for Mark. Cantium has stepped in to provide a fully managed ICT service that allows Mark to shift his focus back to running his business. Cantium identified that moving Tradefair’s existing server to Microsoft Azure would provide Mark and his team with more flexibility in addition to fitting their financial needs. Without the upfront costs of a new server, Mark could prioritise Tradefair’s IT strategy and work with Cantium to design and deliver a roadmap that helped achieve their business objectives.
