What is the HealthTrust Europe Framework for ESR Compatible Payroll Management Services?

The HealthTrust Europe (THE) framework agreement for ESR Compatible Payroll Management Services covers comprehensive payroll solutions for users of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), or other internal systems, delivering a fully managed, blended or bureau payroll services offering.   The framework agreement seeks to satisfy the requirement of Public Sector Contracting Authorities to procure ESR compatible payroll management services via a preferred direct award process.  

Who can use the framework?

  THE’s Framework for ESR Compatible Payroll Management Solutions may be used by all public sector bodies. You do not currently need to use the ESR system to access the framework.  

What are the benefits to awarding Cantium through this framework?
